Office for the Aging Giving Tree-We Need Your Help
OFFICE FOR THE AGING GIVING TREE
Gift tags will be placed on the Holiday Tree located at the Office for the Aging, 109 Mary Street, Herkimer beginning Monday,
November 17thth.
These tags are for older adults in Herkimer County who could use a little extra holiday cheer. The tags will indicate if they are a man or woman, what area they live in and some gift ideas.
If you would like to bring some holiday cheer to any of these older adults, you can pick a tag from the tree. You do not need to purchase all the items on the tag, they are only suggestions. The gifts should be placed in a gift bag along with the gift tag that you chose from the tree. If you do not want wish to do a gift bag, you can donate a gift card from a local grocery store (Walmart, Hannaford, Price Chopper, Aldi’s etc). Monetary donations will also be accepted.
Please have all tags and gifts back by Friday, December 12th.
