System of Care

System of Care

Herkimer County System of Care is a coordinated network of community-based services that support Herkimer County youth from birth to 21 years old, and their families. Herkimer County System of Care provides linkages to accessible services for youth who have, or are at risk of developing, mental health challenges. Our network of partners helps youth and families get connected with counseling, peer support and advocacy, psychiatry, medication management, care management, home and community-based support services, and more.

No formal diagnosis is required to access services through Herkimer County System of Care, and all services are completely confidential.
