Office for the Aging / NY Connects

Overview

Herkimer County Office for the Aging / NY Connects plans funds & delivers services to help individuals age 60 and older. NY Connects provides information & assistance to an individual of any age on Long Term Services & Supports. Our services are there to assist individuals to be able to remain in their homes.

Hours of Operation:

Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm

From Memorial Day to Labor Day (summer hours)
Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm

Each year the Office for the Aging (OFA) holds a public hearing to gather public comment regarding our services. A presentation of the results of the Office for the Aging’s Needs Assessment will be presented. We look forward to community input on our services. Please RSVP by October 20th to OFA  315-867-1121 of which location you would like to attend. Copies of the abstract are located below under "documents".
